Wouldn’t life be boring if there was only one side to everything? That’s why there are some negatives & positives in almost all that we encounter. There is some good instead of just bad, there is some up instead of just down. Even for the mother-nature itself, there is always a dark time and a light time because of our planet earth spinning around as it making trip around the sun, allowing only one side to face the sun at any one time….day time as we know it.

"For every dark night,
there is a brighter day"

During my VIAJE (travels), my eye was also captivated by those night and day events. The night time gave me the sights of beautiful city lights, the hustling bustling of traffics colours, fireworks, and even the sky itself. When the eye looked closely into the night time photographs, it could see some sparkling lights that created very rich intricate and glamorous patterns, which I think could be suitable for some jewelry designs. In fact, some of the colors & patterns even looked like the jewelry from Swarovski. Of course, It would be applicable to design it into a different kind of jewelry that included broaches, necklaces, earrings, and/or rings.

On the other hands , when the eye looked through the day time photos, it saw some anchestral patterns ....also there are some soothing patterns coming from blue skies, green grass, and rustic colored leaves. The sun's ray and it's combinations of colors as they hit different objects are interesting to see.
Lets take our eye to travel to this enchanting nights and day patterns…

I had a love affair with this opulent patterns from the night's time..their rich and sparkling colours coming from the enchanting of the lights at the nights time….
These ancestral patterns which came from the enchanting view of the day time, in some way look like the motifs and patterns my own country (Indonesia), such as Songket, Jumputan, or even Batik. However the natural colors of the day create their own enchanting combination of color itself.
